'The Clay Road'

Once with my family we had a very muddy day and a really late night. At the start of the very muddy track Mahe got lots of mud stuck in his mud guard. When we went about 700m we saw a pet deer in the paddock. When we did 1km my bike was covered in mud and my chain had mud all over it, my wheels barely moved when I biked.

I had to push my bike down the hill. As soon as we got to the gravel road there was a big hill, at the top Grandad came on his motorbike to meet us. The last 5kms was all downhill. When we got to the woolshed Grandad had the hose ready for us to clean our bikes. After we hosed our bikes we went to see Gran and had a hot chocolate and jumped into our beds which had electric blankets. It was very late and I was very tired.
